Carlsbad Roll-off, Industrial, Construction & Demolition (C&D) Service

Waste Management of North County provides industrial customers with roll-off services for 10 cubic yard to 40 cubic yard bins (see sample sizes, below), as well as specialized compactors.  Roll-off bins can be utilized for trash or recycling services, such as for construction and demolition (C&D) projects, construction debris or other dumpster service. According to California’s 2004 Statewide Waste Characterization Study, C&D materials account for almost 22 percent of the waste stream.  Much of the materials, such as drywall, metal, concrete and lumber, can be recycled. 

Waste Management of North County can tailor recycling programs to meet the needs of local developers. In addition, guidelines for engaging in “green building” projects are available through the California Integrated Waste Management Board Web site. 

If you need to place your container on the street or in a right of way (anywhere except private property), you will need to contact Carlsbad's Code Compliance Office for assistance in obtaining a permit. The office may be reached by calling (760) 602-2703 or by visiting the city's Web site.
